Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Front Office Manager in San Francisco to oversee Guest Services, Concierge, and Transportation operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and revenue optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in a hotel front office or related field.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work long hours, including nights and weekends.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guests’ requests, problems, complaints at the Front Desk with courtesy and follow-up.
• Motivate, coach, and discipline Guest Services staff per SOPs.
• Prepare and conduct Guest Services interviews and hiring procedures.
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy through daily analysis and forecasting.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations and Accounting to ensure smooth operations.
