Highgate Hotels, LP is seeking a detail-oriented Room Attendant at The Crescent Hotel Fort Worth to maintain clean, inviting guestrooms and provide attentive service to guests. The role emphasizes thorough cleaning, timely stocking of carts, and prompt reporting of maintenance or missing items.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
• Clear communication both verbally and in writing with guests and team members
• Ability to stand for the duration of shifts

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart setup.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day's use.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items from rooms to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle items for Lost and Found according to standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
