Texas Hotel Management is hiring a Front Office Manager for a Hyatt House property in the Fort Worth area. You will lead the front desk team, ensure smooth daily operations, and drive guest satisfaction in line with Hyatt brand expectations.

The role requires 2–3 years of Front Office leadership experience and prior Hyatt House/Hyatt Place exposure. Strong systems knowledge and weekend/evening availability are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Hyatt House or Hyatt Place, required.
• 2–3 years in Front Office leadership (Supervisor/Manager).
• Proficiency in Hyatt systems (Opera/Host, HGS, Reserve).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk operations and night audit.
• Train, schedule, and lead Front Desk and Guest Services staff.
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards and service protocols.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering on room quality.
• Manage room inventory, rates, and reservations with Revenue & Sales.
• Handle guest concerns and service recovery professionally.
• Maintain accurate billing, cash handling, and audits.
• Review guest satisfaction scores and implement improvements.
• Prepare departmental reports and participate in leadership meetings.
