Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Assistant Guest Services Manager to support the Guest Services Manager in daily operations, guest relations, and team leadership at our Honolulu location.

This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining positive relationships with owners and guests. You will guide and develop Guest Services Associates, ensure smooth operation of the department, and collaborate with Human Resources to address staffing needs and performance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of leadership experience, preferably in hotel/hospitality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the Guest Services Associates; may oversee additional departments.
• Partner with the Guest Services Manager to resolve guest issues and monitor satisfaction.
• Help attract, coach, train, and retain talent while supporting HR on employee relations.
