Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Assistant Guest Services Manager to support the Guest Services Manager and lead daily operations. You will supervise Guest Services Associates and partner with Human Resources to develop talent while maintaining positive relationships with owners and guests.

The role emphasizes resolving guest issues, monitoring satisfaction, and collaborating with other site departments to drive exceptional experiences across our resort properties.

Qualifications

• Leadership skills and ability to supervise Guest Services Associates.
• Experience handling guest concerns and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills with internal teams and guests.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in daily operations of the Guest Services Department.
