Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Manager to lead the guest services team and ensure exceptional experiences for owners, guests, and HOA relationships. You will hire, train, and motivate staff while coordinating scheduling and frontline responsiveness across departments.

You’ll monitor room inventory, enforce rate integrity, manage budget processes, and oversee internal audits to ensure quality and safety standards throughout the guest services operation.

Qualifications

• Understanding of resort financials.
• Leadership and staff development experience.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• 2–3 years of hotel/resort management experience.
• 3–5 years hospitality customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop guest service associates.
• Maintain room inventory and optimize occupancy.
• Manage guest accounts and rate authorization.
• Oversee annual department budget and cost controls.
