You will open/close facilities, process memberships and payments, and support recreation programming. Strong communication and a professional approach to policy enforcement are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in customer service, hospitality, recreation, or related field.
• Valid Oregon Driver's License with driving record acceptable to insurers.
• Lead, shift supervisor, or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong cash-handling and financial accountability skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and respectful enforcement of policies.
• Maintain a positive guest experience during high-volume periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to members, owners, and guests.
• Take on shift lead responsibilities and guide part-time staff.
• Open and close facilities independently, ensuring safety.
• Process memberships, admissions, reservations, and payments.
• Handle escalated guest concerns professionally.
• Support programming, including scheduling and events.
• Reconcile daily financial reports and assist audits.
• Help train and mentor part-time and seasonal team members.
