Job summary

Sunriver Resort in Oregon is seeking a Front Desk Agent who will be the first point of contact for guests, handling registration, room assignments and key control with a focus on AAA Four Diamond standards.

You will work closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales and Conventions to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, answer inquiries, arrange dining and activity reservations, and support a seamless guest experience at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• At least one year customer service experience preferred.
• Must have excellent phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests on arrival and departure.
• Assist with check-in procedures and room assignments.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales and Conventions to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Upsell resort services and amenities to guests.
• Accept payments and process guest accounts.
• Provide transportation and valet services as needed.
