Job summary

Sunriver Resort in Oregon is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, handling registration, room assignments and key control with warmth and efficiency. You will coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless arrivals and departures, resolve guest issues promptly, and promote resort services and local attractions.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in/out according to resort procedures.
• Register guests in the computer system and verify details.
• Assist guests with reservations, inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales and Conventions to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Upsell resort services and maintain lobby and front desk appearance.
