Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Seaside, Oregon is seeking an Assistant Guest Services Manager to support daily operations of the Guest Services Department on-site. You will supervise associates, ensure smooth service delivery, and help sustain high guest satisfaction.

You’ll partner with the Guest Services Manager and HR to coach and develop talent, and you will address guest issues to resolution while maintaining strong relationships with owners and other departments.

Qualifications

• 2 years of leadership experience, preferably in the hotel/hospitality industry.
• Leadership, planning, organization and direction of daily operations for the Guest Services Department.
• Ability to handle guest issues to resolution and monitor guest satisfaction scores.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Guest Services Associates, coordinating daily operations for efficiency.
• Partner with Guest Services Manager and HR to attract, coach, train and retain talent.
