Travel + Leisure Co. in Sevierville, TN seeks a Houseman to help ensure guests have a wonderful stay at the Smoky Mountains property. You will assist with delivering items, addressing housekeeping requests, and maintaining inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment and techniques.
• Ability to read and understand routine instructions and memos.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• People-oriented and able to work independently or with others.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Deliver requested item(s) to guest units (coffee, linen, terry, kitchen items, etc.).
• Address cleaning issues requested by guests after housekeeping hours.
• Organize, clean and maintain stock levels of inventory.
• Remove trash or inventory from outside of units as needed.
• Respond to guest requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain positive relationships with guests, owners and associates.
• Promote teamwork and quality service with other departments.
• Ensure compliance with Wyndham Operating Procedures.
• Observe safety precautions and report damages or theft.
• Performs other tasks as needed.
