Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years Customer Service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm and friendly in all situations.
• Ability to de-escalate issues and escalate concerns when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, provide directions and information.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and protect patient information.
• Conduct hourly rounds and address environmental concerns.
• Serve as liaison between treatment teams and families in waiting areas.
• Use Epic and other tools to provide patient information to guests.
• Greet 100% of guests with a warm welcome and professional demeanor.
