Advocate Health is seeking a dedicated Guest Services team member at High Point Medical Center to ensure courteous and professional information delivery to patients and hospital guests. You will coordinate staff activities, orient new teammates, and participate in regular team meetings to uphold service standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, BLS, and defensive driving certification.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License, BLS Certification, Annual Defensive Driving Course.
• Ability to type 60 words per minute and computer proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate activities of assigned teammates.
• Orient new teammates and provide ongoing training and assessment of staff.
• Attend regular staff meetings with Supervisors and Huddle Meetings with teammates.
• Receive, direct, and provide information to patients, healthcare team members, and hospital guests.
• Provide guests with assistance throughout the facility, including directions and location of hospital amenities.
• Explain hospital and departmental policies and procedures to families.
• Respond to all emergency, crisis, and disaster situations.
• Collect data and documentation to identify areas needing improvement in customer service.
• Direct complaints, concerns, and compliments to appropriate staff.
• Accurately record and submit all documentation/statistical reports for services provided to patients and families.
