InTown Suites in Riverview, FL is seeking a Guest Services Representative to greet guests, process reservations, and manage check-ins and check-outs with courtesy and efficiency. You will cover front office duties when the General Manager is away, uphold safety standards, handle cash deposits, and coordinate with property staff to deliver a seamless guest experience.

A valid driver's license, good English, solid computer skills, and the ability to work long hours and multi-task are required;

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a functioning automobile.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret information from reports and internal hotel information.
• Read, speak, write, and understand English to interact with guests and staff; basic math for cash handling.

Responsabilités

• Take reservations accurately and courteously; check guests in and out in a timely and efficient manner.
• Represent the hotel professionally and courteously; resolve guest issues calmly.
• Cover front office operations when the General Manager is not present.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security standards; report violations.
• Keep desk and office areas clean and organized; maintain a trash-free property.
