Responsibilities include handling guest inquiries, maintaining professional appearance, and collaborating with team to meet service standards. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and Owners upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes.

• Anticipate and address guest service needs; maintain confidentiality of information.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to policies; ensure safety and cleanliness of work area.
• Answer phone calls with proper etiquette and support team goals.
