• Load and unload luggage carts.
• Organize and deliver luggage for tour groups.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel services.
• Inspect rooms to ensure order and supplies.
• Explain room features, electronics and entertainment.
• Store, track and deliver packages as needed.
• Deliver messages to meeting rooms and assist with guest requests.
• Show guestrooms and suites and highlight hotel amenities.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
