Qualifications

• Be highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms and common areas with attention to detail.
• Provide excellent guest service and communicate effectively with guests and team.
• Available Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Cleans showers, toilets, and sinks
• Replenishes toiletries, soap, lotion, paper products
• Clean guest laundry washer/dryer, table, mop floor as needed
• Deliver items to guest rooms and respond to guest requests promptly
• Report and deliver lost & found items to the appropriate office/ department
• Work in a team environment to ensure a great hotel stay experience
