Job summary

PopStroke Holdings LLC is hiring for a guest services role at our Sarasota venue. This non-exempt, hourly position involves welcoming guests, explaining the venue, assisting with play, serving beverages, and handling sales at the golf shop.

You will maintain shop and course cleanliness, manage cash and POS transactions, and collaborate with teammates to ensure a memorable guest experience. Weekend and holiday availability is required; prior POS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or hospitality environments.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with guests.
• Experience with POS systems is preferred.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and acquaint them with the property.
• Explain venue, check guests in, and equip guests with tools to play.
• Serve beverages and assist guests with retail purchases.
• Maintain the golf shop and keep it stocked.
• Keep golf shop and courses clean and organized, including restrooms.
• Answer inquiries about pricing, memberships, and venue details in a professional manner.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Assist guests with play, course rules, and the PopStroke app.
• Work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Other duties as assigned.
