Job summary

Role requires handling beverages, retail sales, cash/credit transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized shop and course areas. Weekend and holiday availability is a must, with emphasis on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service, retail, or hospitality in a high-volume setting is preferred.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills needed.
• Strong teamwork is essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and acquaint them with the property.
• Explain venue, check guests in, and help them get set up to play.
• Serve beverages and assist with retail purchases.
• Maintain the golf shop and restock supplies.
• Keep golf shop areas and restrooms clean and organized.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using POS system.
• Answer questions about pricing, memberships, and golf-related information.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a memorable guest experience.
