Job summary

PopStroke Holdings LLC is hiring at our San Antonio venue to welcome guests, explain the venue, assist with play, check-in, and manage beverage service at the golf counter. You will keep the shop stocked, handle cash and POS transactions, and help guests with PopStroke app usage.

The role is outdoors and indoors, requires excellent communication and teamwork, and includes weekend and holiday shifts in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service, retail, or hospitality experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Prior POS system experience preferred.
• Must have excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Must have strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome our guests on arrival and acquaint them with property.
• Explain venue, check guests in, equip guests with tools to play, and answer questions.
• Serve beverages at the golf counter and assist guests with retail purchases.
• Maintain the golf shop fully stocked and ensure cleanliness of all areas.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, balance cash drawers, and use POS system securely.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Assist guests with play, course rules, and the PopStroke app.
• Work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
