Job summary

PopStroke Holdings LLC is seeking a customer-facing associate in a high-volume guest services environment at our venue. The role requires friendly, efficient service, effective communication, and a willingness to work weekends and holidays.

You will welcome guests, guide them through the venue, assist with beverages and merchandise, maintain shop and course cleanliness, and process payments with a POS system. Both indoor and outdoor duties are involved to create a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service, retail, or hospitality experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Prior POS system experience preferred.
• Must have excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Must have strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and acquaint them with the property.
• Explain venue, check guests in, equip guests with tools to play, and answer questions.
• Serve beverages and assist guests with retail purchases.
• Maintain the golf shop fully stocked.
• Ensure cleanliness of golf courses and shop areas, including restrooms.
• Answer phone calls and inquiries professionally and courteously.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Assist guests with play, course rules and the PopStroke app.
• Work in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Other duties as assigned.
