Job summary

PopStroke in Las Vegas seeks a friendly guest-services team member to welcome guests, explain the venue, assist with play, and support retail purchases. You will maintain the golf shop and keep spaces clean and organized.

The hourly, tip-eligible role is non-exempt and requires weekend/holiday availability, strong communication, and teamwork. Prior guest-service or POS experience is preferred to deliver a memorable guest experience. Join a fun, energetic team.

Qualifications

• Guest service, retail or hospitality experience in a high-volume environment is preferred.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience with POS systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Strong teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival; acquaint them with the property and explain venue features.
• Explain venue, check guests in, equip guests with tools to play, and answer questions.
• Serve beverages and assist with retail purchases; keep golf shop stocked.
• Maintain cleanliness of golf shop and courses; restrooms; restock stations.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately; balance drawers; use POS securely.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Assist guests with play, course rules, and the PopStroke app.
