Responsibilities

• Lead daily Front Desk, Guest Services, Night Audit, PBX and Reservations.
• Provide outstanding guest service and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Schedule shifts to ensure coverage, especially during PM and peak periods.
• Act as Manager-on-Duty and ensure safe, compliant hotel operations.
• Monitor cash, credit, and ledger activities and complete audit tasks as assigned.
