Job summary

InTown Suites Madison in Tennessee is seeking a Guest Services Representative to greet guests, check them in and out efficiently, and handle front desk duties with professionalism.

You will work with the General Manager and property staff, use basic front office software, manage reservations, relay guest needs, and uphold safety and service standards.

This full-time role requires excellent communication, time management, and the ability to stay calm and courteous during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English reading, writing and speaking.
• Ability to read, interpret information in reports and internal hotel info.
• Strong math to handle cash and room revenue calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Represent the hotel professionally and handle front office duties when GM is absent.
• Process reservations and ensure accuracy of guest information.
• Notify GM or equivalent about cash or safety concerns.
• Assist staff and uphold safety and security standards.
