Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.

• Manage reservations, update guest info, and process payments.
• Address guest concerns and ensure positive resolutions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance to prepare rooms.

• Process guest payments and prepare necessary reports.
• Assist with concierge services and local recommendations.
• Follow hotel policies and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Desk Supervisor or Manager.
