Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly greet guests, check them in, and provide attentive service in alignment with brand standards. You will handle reservations, payments, and guest needs while maintaining a focus on satisfaction.

The role supports front desk operations, includes occasional breakfast area help, and requires standing for extended periods. We offer competitive wages for full-time and part-time roles.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register and serve guests in a courteous manner.
• Register and assign guests to rooms.
• Manage payments and verify credit.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Respond to guest requests promptly.
• Resolve guest complaints or escalate as needed.
• Assist in breakfast area or with luggage during peak times.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
