The position requires a high school diploma, English fluency, and prior hotel or retail experience. You will work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth and company-supported benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of previous hotel experience, or retail customer service preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English; other languages beneficial.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Mathematical skills, including basic math, budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Opera systems preferred.
• May be required to obtain ServSafe certification.
• May be required to obtain a TIPS certification.

Responsibilities

• Register guests, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and location.
• Answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Process cash and credit card transactions and related reports.
• Maintain security of cash, card transactions, and guest information.
• Upsell rooms and manage reservations including cancellations and changes.
• Support seasonal reservation strategy and pricing guidance.
• Coordinate with shifts and departments to ensure service quality.
• Serve the shoppe and bar, following local alcohol laws.
• Fulfill guest special requests and arrange guest services.
