Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register guests, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room location.
• Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner and process cash/credit card transactions.
• Upsell rooms when possible and follow reservation strategies communicated by management.
• Maintain security of cash, transactions, and guest information.
