Sonesta International Hotels in Camarillo (CA) is seeking a Guest Services Agent to manage front desk operations, greet guests, and provide information on services. You will process reservations, handle cash and card transactions, and promote room sales while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year hotel or retail customer service experience preferred.
• Must speak/read/write fluent English; other languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Sonesta Service to guests and clients according to standards.
• Register guests, issue keys, and provide information on hotel services.
• Process cash/credit transactions and balance cash handling.
• Maintain security of cash, cards, and guest information.
• May book guest reservations and up-sell rooms to maximize revenue.
• Follow seasonal reservation strategy for pricing and occupancy.
• Coordinate with shifts and management to ensure service quality.
• Ensure guest requests are fulfilled and delivery of services is accurate.
