Genesis Health Clubs is seeking a Front Desk Associate to manage daily front desk operations, check-ins, and member retention while delivering high-quality customer service. You will greet guests, answer inquiries, and support club events with a welcoming, professional demeanor.

The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, card transactions, and teamwork across staff to ensure a smooth member experience and club operations.

Qualifications

• Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must hold CPR certification or obtain within 60 days of start date.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Experience in cash handling and credit cards.
• Customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Executes front desk procedures as outlined by the front desk manual.
• Answers phones, takes messages and transfers calls.
• Knowledgeable of club amenities and surroundings.
• Communicates kindly and sincerely using members' names.
• Attends staff and club meetings and events.
• Establishes and maintains professional relationships with members and staff.
• Ensures front desk is clean, maintained and organized at all times.
• Responds quickly and appropriately to emergency situations.
