Job summary

KOA is seeking a front desk guest services associate at our Vernal campground to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will manage registrations, reservations, and store sales with a positive, professional demeanor and wear the KOA uniform and nametag.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling issues, and promoting local attractions and KOA discounts while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in money handling.

Qualifications

• Hear and speak the English language fluently.
• Knowledge of computer and cash register operation.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer services skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest service over the telephone and in person.
• Greeting all guests with a positive attitude and a KOA uniform and nametag.
• Handle all guest issues with respect by listening and acknowledging their concerns.
• Follow KOA guidelines for registrations, reservations, store sales and refunds.
• Properly use the cash register and front desk equipment.
• Stocking and cleaning programs for front office and store facilities as requested.
