Job summary

The Nordic Lodge at Steamboat Springs, operated by Crestline Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Full-Time Front Desk Agent. You will assist guests with check-in/check-out, handle calls, and fulfill special requests according to policies. Strong guest service and basic computer skills are essential.

Experience in hospitality is preferred; excellent communication and problem-solving abilities help create a positive guest experience at all times.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• One year previous experience in a similar position in a hotel.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out.
• Answer department telephone within 3 rings and greet guests properly.
• Handle guest requests and information with professionalism.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, rates, and promotions.
• Process payments and input guest data accurately.
• Coordinate with bell staff for luggage and transport.
