Job summary

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Answer department telephone within 3 rings, using correct greeting and etiquette.
• Process all guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Direct Bell Person to escort guest and transport luggage to the room.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, hours of operation, room rates, promotions, and daily operations.
