Trailhead Lodge Rocky Mountains is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome guests and shoppers, handle check-in/check-out, and assist with reservations. You will exchange information about local attractions and products, while processing transactions via POS systems.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a friendly, energetic presence in a busy setting. This position blends hospitality and retail in Estes Park, offering a dynamic team environment with opportunities

Competenze

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
