Job summary

Midas Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent / Guest Services Agent in Steamboat Springs, CO to deliver outstanding guest experiences from check-in to check-out.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to learn hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude at check-in/out.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, and promotions.
• Assist guests with questions about services and local attractions.
• Handle payments and cash procedures accurately.
• Support front office operations and communicate with housekeeping.
