You will sell rooms with strong customer service and handle billing, balance transactions, and communicate with Executive Hosts. The role requires accuracy, multitasking, and knowledge of hotel key systems and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 6 months front desk experience.
• Typing speed of 45 WPM; 10-key experience preferred.
• Must communicate with guests in English; gaming regulations may require certifications.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out with friendly, efficient service.
• Sell rooms and provide information on hotel amenities and events.
• Resolve guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Complete registration forms and input data accurately.
• Retrieve and distribute room keys; process payments.
• Balance transactions and audit end-of-shift.
• Communicate with Executive Hosts about hotel stays.
• Operate LMS, CMS, and Hot Sauce/Espresso systems; run reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
