Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED required; prior front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure smooth check-in/check-out with accuracy.
• Process billing transactions and handle cash/credit payments.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of guest information throughout stay.
