Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, handle check-ins/outs, and process payments. You will maintain breakfast setups and ensure front desk operations meet company standards at the Naperville property.

The role requires strong English communication, cash handling, and proficient use of a property management system. Benefits include weekly pay and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Able to understand and communicate in English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check guests in/out, and collect payment.
• Complete front office daily paperwork and ensure safety procedures.
• Resolve guest issues through Make it Right process.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures.
• Maintain cash, credit card and city ledger accounts.
• Set up, maintain, and takedown breakfast display.
• Keep lobby and front desk areas organized and clean.
• Promote ESA value and convert inquiries into reservations.
• Collect guest information and identify sales leads.
• Conduct periodic property tours to ensure brand standards.
• Provide reasonable accommodations for guest requests when possible.
• Adhere to company policies, including key control and safety reporting.
