• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and organization.
• Reliability, professionalism, and consistency in work.
• Meticulous approach to ensure accuracy in financial transactions and records.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests; handle check-ins/check-outs and reservations; record charges.
• Provide local information and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Operate the phone system, take messages, and manage wake‑up calls.
• Process credit card authorizations and handle cash transactions.
• Maintain Night Audit Checklist, cash and call logs, and front desk records.
• Follow safety protocols; inspect property and ensure secure entry points.
• Promote and explain the Stay Rewarded Loyalty Program to guests.
• Assist with cleaning tasks and stocking supplies; support coffee bar operations.
• Deliver extra guest supplies and manage master keys for staff.
• Help housekeeping and front desk during busy periods.
