Responsibilities include resolving guest issues, coordinating with departments, and ensuring accurate billing at checkout. A friendly, solution-oriented attitude and strong English communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to identify guest needs and upsell hotel services.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests at the front desk with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Register guests and handle billing and payments accurately.
