Job summary

Holland & Knight seeks a Guest Services Specialist in Atlanta to deliver professional guest services for the conference facilities department. You will coordinate meetings and events, assist caterers, and support operations across kitchens and rooms.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in events or hospitality, with strong customer service and multitasking abilities. As part of a collaborative team, you will interact with clients, attorneys, and staff, ensuring smooth daily

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience coordinating events, hospitality, or related areas.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with little supervision.
• Professional demeanor under pressure and strong client interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordination and execution of meetings and events.
• Assist caterers for meetings and events; communicate with vendors and place orders.
• Use knowledge of office and conference layouts to facilitate meeting logistics.
• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing.
• Maintain and stock kitchens, conference rooms, and visitor offices.
• Set up and break down beverage, coffee, and food arrangements for daily meetings.
• Manage inventory of supplies and maintain kitchen pantries and appliances.
• Perform light administrative duties such as scanning, copying, and invoicing.
• Serve as a back-up receptionist by answering and directing calls and greeting guests.
• Handle special projects and additional duties as assigned.
