You will support meetings and events, assist caterers, and coordinate with vendors while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a high-profile environment.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 2+ years in events, hospitality, or related fields. You will greet guests, answer calls, manage supplies, and back up the receptionist as needed,

Responsabilidades

• Assist in coordination and execution of meetings and events.
• Assist caterers, communicate with vendors, and place orders.
• Facilitate meeting logistics using office and conference layouts.
• Stock kitchens and conference rooms; manage supplies and coffee equipment.
• Provide back-up receptionist duties and greet guests.
• Perform light administrative duties such as scanning, copying, invoicing.
• Support cross-department collaboration with marketing.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
