Job summary

Sagchip in Mount Pleasant, MI seeks a friendly Guest Relations Associate to assist Access Club members, box office guests, ushers, and event attendees. You will deliver great guest service, handle ticketing, coat check, wheelchair assistance, and promotions while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include enrolling members, issuing comps, processing coupons, and supporting motor coach arrivals and event promotions with a positive, professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, emergency shifts, and rotating schedules.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Explain Access Club and enroll guests.
• Enroll guests into the Access Club and verify points.
• Print Access Club cards and handle ticketing duties.
• Assist guests to seats and manage coat check and wheelchairs.
• Promote promotions and process coupons.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional demeanor.
