MVP Sports Clubs in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Part-time Member Services Specialist to join the Member Services team. The role focuses on delivering a consistent member service experience, handling tours, memberships, billing questions, and ensuring club standards.

Responsibilities include assisting other departments, training new hires, and supporting operations while maintaining a professional appearance and positive guest relations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service industry.
• First Aid/CPR Training; MVP Sports Clubs’ in-house training if missing.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work club opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical requirements: Bend, stoop, crouch, climb, stand, sit, and turn/pivot; lift up to 40 lbs.

Mansioni

• Ensure that all club operations meet member/guest expectations.
• Cross-train in all areas of the facility to support total operation.
• Enforce club rules and guidelines; report problems to management.
• Inventory daily cash totals.
• Respond to emergencies using incident reports appropriately.
• Assist in training of new hires within the Members Services Department.
• Open and close the operation as needed.
• Handle member/guest concerns and questions to improve retention.
• Take prospective members on facility tours and conduct membership sales.
