Job summary

CRVA is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor in Charlotte, NC to oversee daily Facility Operations, including set-up, break-down, cleaning, and event support at the Convention Center and NHOF. You will supervise a small team, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with management to deliver excellent customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and involves working evenings, weekends, and holidays to support events across venues.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direct others.
• Strong planning, prioritization and organizing of a complex workload.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day Facility Operations staff (approx. 3–5 FTE plus part-time/contracted labor).
• Coordinate room setups/breakdowns and event support across venues.
• Track maintenance and cleaning tasks using department software; order supplies and manage assets.
