Job summary

Limelight Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent to meet guests at local locations and provide transport, information, and support for front desk operations. You will partner with the Front Desk to ensure smooth guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-first approach, and the ability to drive safely in various conditions. Applicants must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and/have prior guest service experience.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• One year of guest/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests to local locations as scheduled by the Front Desk.
• Introduce guests to points of interest and hotel facilities during transport.
• Coordinate itineraries with Front Desk and communicate changes.
