Opportunity

Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest. The Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for meeting all Spa Receptionist & Spa Attendant requirements in addition to supervising the Spa Guest Service team.

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Green Bay, WI

Specific responsibilities include:

1. Providing feedback and re-training staff to ensure Forbes 5-Star standards are maintained.
2. Managing the Property Management System and related systems for transactions, bookings, and staff standards.
3. Completing weekly City Ledger reconciliation.
4. Maintaining neatness, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times.
5. Supervising team members, including scheduling, training, performance reviews, hiring, and disciplinary actions.
6. Handling cash policies, including safe management and cash recycler compliance.
7. Having knowledge of spa treatments, policies, amenities, food & beverage, and resort options to communicate effectively with guests.
8. Receiving and resolving guest feedback and issues independently.
9. Enforcing spa policies to ensure a relaxing atmosphere.
10. Maintaining facility safety, cleanliness, and guest amenities through regular walk-throughs.

This is a full-time position, primarily working weekdays and weekends between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm.

Skills/Requirements

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Prior customer service experience in a spa environment.
3. Experience in resolving guest experience issues.
4. Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
5. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Attention to detail.
7. Ability to use multiple computer/guest management systems.
