Esthetician, Kohler Waters Spa

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Green Bay, WI

Opportunity

Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Serving as the department lead with weekly designated administrative time combined with service time.
• Supervising department staff, including performance feedback, goal setting, training and retraining, department staff meetings, and associate communication.
• Helping to manage schedules/appointments of associates.
• Assisting in managing the department budget by providing data, reports, and documentation.
• Setting sales goals for respective department and associates to help drive revenue in retail.
• Ensuring all associates are meeting or exceeding the standards and expectations of their assigned roles.

This is a part-time position, working weekdays & weekends. Shifts will vary between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm.

Skills/Requirements

• Current and valid State Esthetics license required.
• Must have 3 years of Esthetics experience.
• Prior experience in a spa environment preferred.
• Experience in Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion, and HydraFacial is a plus.
