Spa Attendant II, Kohler Waters Spa

Opportunity

The Spa Attendant is an integral team member whose warm and friendly personality allows them to assist guests as requested with spa information, locker keys, towels, robes, sandals, amenities, and refreshments. Spa Attendants provide effective and efficient guest service by maintaining all critical guest areas to a high standard of luxury. Assigned duties need to be performed with attention to detail, speed, follow-through, and cooperation. Attendants must possess the ability to maintain calm during busy periods and treat our guests and colleagues with respect. With the rest of the guest service team, they work hard together to deliver the highest quality of service to all. Spa Attendants have professional etiquette and an extremely polished appearance.

As a Spa Attendant II you will:

• Consistently provide outstanding service and maintain cleanliness standards at a luxury level.
• Attend to food and beverage services and spa guest and member needs.
• Acquire an excellent working knowledge of all spa policies, spa amenities and overall hotel options and ability to communicate with our guests.
• Have a basic working knowledge of ResortSuite software systems to assist Spa Receptionists with the check in and check out process.
• Work with all other spa associates to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction. • Perform a variety of duties including stocking, helping with folding linens, other cleaning duties and opening and closing the spa.
  
  In addition to the Spa Attendant role, a Spa Attendant II will:
• Assist with the training of new Spa Attendants as needed and directed.
• Follow-up with Spa Coordinator on all comments, concerns, and suggestions made by staff members and spa guests.
• Ensure the smooth flow of spa operations by reviewing the daily schedule and preparing the team for busy times, breaks and guest needs.
• Proficiently use ResortSuite software systems to correctly process transactions, complete orders and accurately book/edit spa treatments.
• Assist the Spa Coordinator and Manager with guest amenities restock and ordering
  needs.
  

We are looking for someone who has weekday and weekend availability. Shifts range from 8:00am-9:00pm.

Skills/Requirements

• Candidate must be at least 18 years of age.
• 2-3 years in hospitality related experience preferred.
• Able to stand for 5+ hours at time.

The hourly pay range for this position is $15.50- $17.50 + tips/gratuity . The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
