Guest Services Coordinator, Kohler Waters Spa

Work Mode: Onsite

Opportunity

Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest. The Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for meeting all Spa Receptionist & Spa Attendant requirements in addition to supervising the Spa Guest Service team.

Responsibilities include:
  • Providing feedback and re-training staff as needed to ensure Forbes 5-Star standards are maintained, and staff are accountable for policies, procedures, and SOPs.
  • Managing the Property Management System and related systems to process transactions, complete orders, book/edit spa treatments, and manage bookings efficiently.
  • Completing weekly City Ledger reconciliation.
  • Maintaining neatness, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times.
  • Supervising team members, including scheduling, training, performance reviews, hiring assistance, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintaining cash handling policies, including safe management and cash recycler compliance.
  • Having knowledge of spa treatments, policies, amenities, food & beverage, and resort options to communicate effectively with guests.
  • Handling guest feedback and complaints, resolving issues independently.
  • Enforcing spa policies to maintain a relaxing atmosphere.
  • Conducting facility safety, cleanliness, and guest amenity standards walkthroughs.

This is a full-time position, primarily working weekdays and weekends between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm.

Skills/Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior customer service experience within a spa environment required.
  • Experience in resolving guest experience issues preferred.
  • Supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate multiple guest management systems.
